Refund Policy

Return Policy:

We accept returns/exchanges for another item or store credit. Item must be returned within 7 days of receiving your item and it must be unworn and tags still attached. Customer is responsible for return shipping. Pre-orders & sale items are Final Sale. There is a limit of 3 returns/exchanges within a 6 month period. This does not include damaged or defective items. Because I strive to bring my customers new items each week, inventory may sell out quickly. Items bought with return credit are final sale and not eligible for return. 

**To make sure you have chosen the correct size, please double check your measurements before ordering, and feel free to ask for any clarifications. In the chance that an item is defective or wrong, please make sure to let me know immediately upon receipt.

To start a return/exchange, you can contact us at shopsweetsue@yahoo.com. If your return is accepted, you will be responsible for shipping, and will receive instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned for store credit or be exchanged, like sale or final sale items, swimwear, accessories that have been tried on (such as earrings), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

We CANNOT accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll receive store credit.
